Since IEO takes on a new life is almost ICO replacing it and is actually more suitable than ICO (since many ICOs didn't even come into exchanges after ICO) we decided to make some great  help with IE0, But there are many different problems for the ICC to become IEO, such as lack of funding and not finding the right currency to implement IEO.
