Health, as defined by the World Health Organisation (WHO), is a “State of complete physical, mental, moral and social well being”. The concept of health being the absence of disease or infirmity is in fact outdated. The WHO has redefined “health” as not just about being physically free of diseases, but also a dynamic state of complete physical, mental, spiritual and social well being; or in other words “Total Wellness”.
